I grew up baking since I was very young with my mother who was also a baker, before I graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a degree in baking and pastry.
I bake because it brings me joy and I want to share in that. I make classic recipes, but specialize in evocative flavors that aren’t something you’re going to find anywhere else, with a dedication to seasonality and sustainability.
